Berkeley Bryant

Program & Membership Manager

Program & Membership Manager

Berkeley Bryant (she/her) shows up as a weaver, builder, and disrupter throughout her work in philanthropy and community, and leads with love. Through her role as Program & Membership Manager for the Blue Sky Funders Forum, Berkeley leads the development and implementation of various programs and events, convening both funders and movement leaders. She is driven by the understanding of past and present harms done in the name of philanthropy, and advocates for a more equitable path, as evident in her recent publication of the website, Understanding Participatory Grantmaking, as part of her Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from NC State University.

Berkeley feels great privilege and honor to be in a position to lift up the voices and stories of BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and systemically marginalized communities, and aims to guide other white allies along their learning journey to power disruption, equality, and justice. She lives in beautiful North Carolina with her partner and their four-legged friends, Libby, Bugs, and Boone. Berkeley is an avid reader, baker, and outdoor enthusiast, and some of her best conversations and experiences in life have centered around food.
