Funder Webinar on Federal Policy

The passage of a sweeping public lands package on February 27, 2019 marked a once-in-a-decade policy victory for connecting people and nature. Looking ahead, how can supporters and champions of environmental literacy and connecting people and nature continue to secure federal policy wins? This webinar will provide funders with updates on recent policy victories and areas of opportunity related to connecting kids and nature, environmental education, and access to outdoor recreation. Presenters will share insights on engaging non-traditional allies, building bipartisan coalitions, and identifying new policy arenas for advancing shared goals.
